It is important to keep searching, some protocols worked well for me and others did not.
It would be easier if we had a bodytest that could say do this or that.
I started 5 years ago at CZ with liverflushing, which was a miracle for me, but I found I had to go on, so I am now at the point I do a mixture of different protocols and UT is part of it.
