Hi tabby,

The best Kelp is grown in the coldest waters which is most free from pollution!

The Ascophyllum Nodosum may be the better to use!

But, what ever kind you decide to try, "IF" it does not Help you, then find one which does Help you, because they are not all the same Quality!
