How much selenium should I be taking? The only one I have is in a multivitamin and it has 26 mcg (micrograms?). Or should I buy a separate one?

Neomi, is brewer's yeast the same as normal yeast? I am allergic to yeast; would the brewer's affect me?

Cant seem to find carnosine. Will keep looking.

Trapper, I know this should probably be in a different forum but with the water distiller, is it better to get the ones with or without filters??
