holy moly, neomi, thats a hell of a list.

fact is, J, yes, get the half strength stuff. determine that it has both Iodine and KI in it. take it accordingly - just double the dose one would use with Lugols 5%. any questions, just ask.

you may find Iodine clearing up a lot of the problem all by itself. dont forget the selenium.
