6.8 is the goal? I thought it was 7 or higher - not better to be slightly alkaline?

Well, then I feel very happy because for the past few days I have been testing around 8 times a day :-) both urine and saliva.

I've taken no baking soda (never have) .. and my average for 2 days was 6.75 and 7 for 2 days.
