Thanks very much for your reply. I am not diagnosed celiac (yet), but are you saying that you think I do have leaky gut/celiac/stomach ulcers based on the symptoms I mentioned?? I am pretty well informed when it comes to gluten/celiac, but I don't know a thing about stomach ulcers and I am very curious why you mentioned them. I definitely don't want to overlook anything important. I had always sort of assumed that these issues were stemming from candida in my bowels, not from anything happening in my actual stomach, but I could be wrong.

I do try to keep up with my omega 3's, and I will definitely look into the brewer's yeast and l-carnosine and NAG.
