Hi,

R u on your fast? I have never encountered anyone with a skin condition like myself. It is dry all over, and in its worse stages it is like being trapped in an itchy aggravated dead corspe that i want to scratch and get out of.

These days I am better and it is at its best stage but it is still dry.

Yes, a cleanse is good...the best one i have done is a candida cleanse. I don't recommend you take this kind of cleanse to the extreme or do a water fast. It is way too intense of your detoxification organs...and it is not really loving in this way to your body, emotional body or even spirit.

Start with a few cleansing regimes..and when u are comfortable do more. Let it not be so forced. Be gentle with yourself. I know it is really hard when u are really sick.
