This kind of diet can make you a lot sicker. Candida is formed because you have something wrong inside of you, like leaky gut. If you flush out the candida without treating the underlying cause it can make you much sicker. I wouldn't do it unless your are 100% sure you don't have leaky gut. But then, if you didn't have leaky gut, candida probably wouldn't be a problem for you.
