I almost hesitate to ask this because I know that there are a lot of different opinions on the subject but I'm going to ask anyway.

I just got finished doing a cleansing fast for the past 10 days. I have been trying to pick up my water intake for the past several months and have seen some benefit from it. I do not have a water filter and do not have any way of cleaning up the water that it's in my house so I don't drink it. I have been buying purified water from the grocery store, hoping that it is better than the water out of the tap. It does state that it was ozonated and purified through reverse osmosis. My question is, until I am able to do something else, what can I do to make sure that the water I am drinking is as alkaline as possible and is good for me as possible?
