I have been taking 1 tsp Turmeric per day for my memory (as a preventative) and was nicely surprised that is has cured my candida. I no longer have a white coated tongue, which I have had for over 15 years. It is amazing.
I just use the spice Turmeric that you can get from the food store and mix it with water and drink it. It is a little bit powdery and tastes "ok" but I guess you could mix it with a juice if you didn't like the taste.
