Anyone ever try the Virgin Coconut Oil Fast where you have nothing except as many teaspoons of it that you can handle in a several day period and only drink lemonade(fresh squeezed) with rock salt..it is supposed to flush Candida out of you. Was wondering if anyone tried it for a couple days???
