Its unrealistic for anyone to believe that a person is able to get four US regulatory agencies on the phone, and obtain agreement from all of them on any subject within a day's time, as that writer had claimed.

Clearly, the writer wasn't serious, and those who can't see this are taking far too seriously what any reasonably-minded person would perceive as a simple joke.

I'd seen higher quality replies than some of those here from hens in my chicken coop. If you don't have anything better to do presently, I'd suggest you find something better to do and soon, before you go COMPLETELY bonkers.
