Great advice Trapper, I just read yesterday that Australia is highly fluoridated. So the iodine and selenium will help as well to detox the fluoride. I read experiences of quite a few people who had skin problems after moving to a fluoridated area and they resolved when they got water filters and/or moved to a non fluoridated area. This website explains about the industrail waste product passed off as fluoride to fluoridate water.
