They way I look at it, depends on the soy product you are buying, not all of the soy products are dangerous, otherwise most ppl I know who take soy and grew up using soy, would have been really, really ill by now..The other day, I was listening to the news on the radio, and a nutritionist warning, don't eat certain types of friuts too much, contians too much Sugar etc..etc..it goes on..Its just getting really ridiculous..Soon we won't be able to eat anything...
