wow, j9, sounds like you have been through the mill. lets see if we can get this turned around for you.

i wont to read your post again fresh in the morning, but in the meantime i would like to know more about these strong herbs and what you took to detox from them. also, there are people in australia who get lugols and i know jcrows will send some to there as well. since he is exporting, maybe he can sell you more than one ounce at a time. just ask him. i can tell you right now youre going to need iodine and selenium. the rest is probably some more diet adjustments. sounds like your hormones are out of whack. iodine will straighten those out.

try to fill in the gaps in that long post.
