Hello...first off many blessings to your aunt....I can not answer the questions that you asked but I am curious if you have seen anything by Dr. Kelley. He was a dentist that healed himself of pancreatic cancer. You can google "One Answer to Cancer" This is an online "book" or do-it yourself guide so to speak and shares his protocal. It deals with strengthening and cleansing the elimination organs and working with diet and pancreatic enzymes. I hope that this is helpful. Many blessings, Penelope
