Please excuse my lameness, but I'm too pooped to do the research, no pun intended.
I'm at a standstill with candida, I think because I need to increase the # of bm's per day to get the toxins out of me faster. What was the stuff talked about on here alot, magnesium oxide? Is that Oxypowder ? Is that the best thing to take? Anyone have any other suggestions?
