I am taking carnosine powder instead of capsules. Ey' you might get the same effect with capsules I truly believe in liquid form is always better than capsule form.
I got L-carnosine for $24.99 + $5.00 shipping handling. I got carnosine to heal my gut problems and Im getting another benefit from taking it (my dark circles are lighten up)
