I've been using Bentonite clay for just over 2 weeks now and MAN what results it's been giving, at least until just a few days ago...However, I JUST found out that you need to mix the Bentonite as much as possible in the water you drink it in otherwise your body tries to do that for you, which is not an easy task (can thank the directions for that one...)

Anyway, I was just curious, I realize there's several different kinds of bentonite. Theres a sort of brick clay, a clay powder, and a liquid bentonite, I would imagine the liquid kind would be the best since it's pretty much disolved already. Anyone know for sure? Also there's sodium bentonite, and calcium bentonite, anyone know the difference?

Any brand names in particular (preferably ones that people have actually tried themselves) that sell good quality bentonite? Any specific directions or times of day thats better than others?

One thing I refuse to do is take it with any sort of laxative so please don't try and convince me to do so...Psyllium especially is bad enough for your body...

Any info would be greatly appreciated. Thanks in advance!
