I,m not sure about this drinking a lot of water thing.
I think you should drink enough water so your urine is light in colour
but if you drink too much it may overwork your kidneys and may reduce
their filtering efficiency I dont see how drinking anymore water is going to help them.How does it get any more waste out. Surely it just dilutes it and swells the kidneys
