plenty of people have problems with their glands and don't even realize it, I'm pretty sure I'm one of them. My thyroid seems to be messed up, it feels swollen when I tilt my head back to chug water constricting my throat.

I'm not sure its the thyroid causing the problem.. either way my supplements are only 2 days away at most so I should know if the gland problem is real very soon.
