Actually my post is for anyone who would like to comment.

I read that mini beet protocol and felt like it was just what I needed to reduce bone osteophytes and possible cervical and lumbar stenosis.

Sounds almost too good to be true but it is healthy.

Anyone have any idea what the Major Beet protocol is ? It has the same benefits as the mini but more intense?

I made a slight version of it yesterday. What was interesting, was I have had this chronic pain in my left shoulder originating from cervical spine issues that require surgery ( trying to avoid) and the pain subsided for four hours completely. I had about 1/3 cup of beets with asparagus juice. I found doing the 60/40 ratio may be a challenge. I did not do the whole routine, I was just experimenting . My husband said the "juice was not as bad as he thought it would be" :). I really like beets and asparagus so the juice was easy for me although it did produce a lot of foam in the juice . Like 3 cups foam and about 2/3 cup juice from about 2 beets and 8 stalks of asparagus.

So to get the 60/40 ratio of beets to asparagus can you just measure by volume?

The other issue I would like to address if anyone has any thoughts on this. Is the repetitive action of consuming this or anything on a daily basis in regards to the possibility of inducing allergic or building an allergy to it a possibility? Can it be avoided?

Generally I try to practice rotation of my foods fairly frequently because my family is notorious for all sorts of allergic issues.

Anyway thanks for your comments to anyone that responds.
