Please help - I am deeply depressed and need some support and advice. I can't seem to get my life or my days together.
I am living abroad and have gone through the worst break up i have ever experienced. I don't think i even had the presence to experience it - it has lead me and now I'm raw and feeling so low.
The panic attacks are the worst. They are coming thick and fast and i unbearable.

Any wisdom please anyone??
