ok ............so ok what if right now im taking........probiotic.vsl#3

and lecithin.......from the company genestra

and l-glutamine....................these are just products i had before hand which i thought might help to heal my stomach..................if i was to cleanse my bowel now

which product would u suggest? someon said mh lower tolerance bowel cleansing...where can i find it?
