Hello!

Yes I have read about the vitamin E enema acutally:) It seems very interesting and I can actually get hold of liquid vitamin E from metagenics, the absorbable kind. Yes I will try it!

I have huge deficiciencies (spell?), both vitamins and minerals and omga 3:s, but Im supplementing with cod liver oil acutally.

I did cabbage juice at home once, but I think I failed :( I just shredded some cabbage and put it in a jar and filled it up with water.
Do you have a good recipe maybe?
