Hi!

Yes I have everything but the Kelp, will order when I get my paycheck this month.
I did a detox bath this evening with ACV, 20 mins, then an ice-cold shower. And before that I did a small baking soda enema, 1 quart, slowly.

I eat very little protein so I don't get too acidic and I eat tons of veggies .

I must reverse my diverticulas somehow, I do not wan't to cut out any body parts and poop in a bag for the rest of my life :(
