So I will start the alkalizing drink asap. Right now I'm doing what I have on hand, missing a few ingrediants. And I'm going to keep reading. Breathing deeper. Relaxing.

I have a lot to learn and remember, and I'm affirming that even if my brain isn't working perfectly yet, I still love and accept myself, and know that my body and mind WANT to heal and be well. I'll make it. thank you! hope you (all) will be patient with me.
