I am so glad that you are doing better! It is quite normal to feel sick just before passing a bowel movement full of parasites and/or toxins. It is the toxins sitting in the lower colon waiting to exit that causes those feelings - once the parasites/toxins are gone - a clear-headed feeling will follow.
