I started Lugol's a few months ago, one drop AM, one drop PM. Within a month I had rapidly gained 10 pounds. I saw here where there was a very long thread discussing this issue with quite a few people "weighing in," so to speak. I wondered if anyone has had any further insights into this problem. Why does something that should rev up the metabolism cause so many people to gain weight?? I have researched this quite a bit and can't find a clue. Thanks. Agnes
