A bowel cleanse wouldnt hurt where as you will get better benefits if you cleanse the body correctly. I did a series of lugols 10 drops a few weeks back for leaky gut/SIBO to kill salmonella and unwanted paraistes, and cut back on lugols and take one week on..one week off.
Now im using brewers yeast(zinc) and L-carnosine to gut healing and soon will be eligible to take bovine colostrum.
