First did a week of Lugols 10 drops everyday for a week to kill salmonella and unwanted parasites...cut back on Lugols and take occasionally, and right now Im uzing brewer yeast (zinc), L-carnosine and later introducing
bovine colostrum to heal my SIBO and leaky gut/IBS syndrome
