I have Rheumatoid Arthrtis. I definately notice my arthrtis pain is minimal now. If I start to feel any aches coming on, I use the zapper for several hours. (I usually put it on my ankle in my sock) I have a Minizapper from toolsforhealing.com
I'm certain I'd get much better results with a zapper that uses copper hand holds or foot plates...thats next on my agenda:)
