i agree with you on the spiritual stuff. the problem is how can you check it out? i have an open mind to reincarnation and such, but i dont know how far to take that.

the helth info was really good, however. the only place it veered from my own findings and subsequent beliefs was the use of non-plant oils, like the mineral oil and lanolin, especially the mineral oil. now perhaps there is some logic to this, but my experience tells me to only put food on my body. then there is the guy who ate a spoonful of vasoline every day and attributed his good health to it. there are exceptions to every rule.

i would be interested in being read. i also have another idea in mind for private discussion. my email is no secret, really. trapperkcmo at hotmail.
