Hi 3jaysmom, I am almost 7 mos. post and my last period (last week) was a bad one. Like you, I'm beyond frustrated, but the timing of my "crash" is a little different than yours. This time around, I had major anxiety and mood swings for 2 days before my period and during as well. My period only lasted for 2 days (they used to be 5-6 days) and I felt better the day after it ended. Today, a full week later, I feel like a new woman. My periods never used to affect me like this. I had your usual pms and slight irritability, but it was manageable. I know it has something to do with the fact that my periods are still so light and short. I have no idea what to do about it. I so want this all behind me (and I've been extremely busy lately), so I usually push it to the backburner after my period is over and forget about it until it comes around again. Sorry I didn't have any helpful input. I just wanted to let you know you're not alone.
