Thank you for your advice, Reinvented! I completely share your opinion especially after I have done the enema on that day. I felt so much worse after. Now I am on my day nine and I took two days off from work. I feel so much better at home. I should have read you message before. But obviously I like to experiment. Thanks again for your support.
