You don't die quickly from Candida, it's slow and you lose your life way before that. Eventually another disease catches up with you. Luckily, you have enough time to do research and correct the problem before your life passes you by (better than colon cancer and being dead in 2 months for sure).

For depression, the best things are:
- 3 day Water Fast (read Bragg's book "The Miracle of Fasting" first)
- Sunlight (or tanning bed if you can't get outside)
- Exercise (I know, hard to do if you don't feel well, but anything helps)
