When I went up to 8 drops 3 times per day got a diarrhea;then went back to 5 drops,6 drops-diarrhea again .

So now I am taking 5 drops twice a day or 4 drops 3 times per day

6 drops seem to bring on diarrhea

Incidentally to rid the pesky cold I had ,took 20 drops of Miracle-Mineral-Supplement and sip it every 30 min or hour all day and within 2 days it was gone-this is ideally but in reality..

Humble states that one can take a strong dose and sip it throught the day-in fact the best way to get rid of a cold-you take it ideally every 30 mins for a 24 hr period...

Well the best I was able to do was to take it every hr or so for about 18 hrs and same thing next day and cold ,coughs no more..

If you work-it is best to do it during the week end or set aside 1 -2 days just for that..
