Thanks for your reply. I do change oils. I use sesame oil, then sunflower oil, then extra virgin coconut oil. I will try walnut oil if I can find it. I've tried Hemp Oil also and Flax oil. I know the body can adjust to oils the same way it does to herbs so it's always wise to alternate.
