Actually I take magnesium by doing the Transdermal mag. chloride therapy and calcium I build up with intake of omega 3 oils and Vitamin D. Carnosine seems to help elminate my problems with kidney and liver issues but I am no expert so Im only speaking from my experience. Im not here to tell anybody to get this or try that. Its just a suggestion and that person should do there own research.
