Have you had the saliva test for AF? It will tell you how severe your AF is. This will give you a sense of what treatment plan you may need. You'll need to consult a ND to help you interpret the results of the test.

Read "Adrenal Fatigue" by James Wilson. Check out drlwilson.com and arltma.com for some excellent articles on AF and related conditions.

The supplements that have made the most difference for me are Adrenal Drops and Adrenal Complex Capsules. Both are made by a US company. I don't know if they or something equivalent are available in the UK.

If you've had the AF for a long time and/or your case is severe, you may have copper overload as well. You can learn about this from some of my previous posts.
