Hi all, I'm a type II diabetic on Glipizide (5 mg/day) with fair blood/glucose levels that my Dr is ok with. OF course my problem with ED, I'm told is related to the diabetese and the Dr promptly put me on v1agra. I have been getting mixed results lately and want to effect a lifestyle change to improve my life and her's too. I just started taking my Arginine (500 mg, 2 caps 3 times/day) and pray for solid results. Can anyone tell me how long it will take to begin boosting testostrone? I am also looking for foods that I should avoid (I'm sure caffine is on the list) and those that I should be eating to help with my sexual and overall health. Thanks in advance, T
