True thats why in addition "brewers yeast" which helps intestinal flora.

In a few weeks I will take some acidophilus or eat more yogurt.( Love Yogurt!!)


Whats your intake on dark circles?

I need an omega 3 oil .....Squalene "shark liver oil" or Udos Choice oil??
