I have not heard of taking Epstom salt. I did read about salt water flushes, but I think that is different. What is the salt/water ratio?

I decided to go with then 100 day fast, because I have a lot of weight to lose. I am addicted to food and I need to get it under control. Now, the 100 days is my ultimate goal. I'm not kidding myself, in that I know I will make it. I probably will not, but I'm taking it one day at a time and hoping to reach my goal.
