I have experienced some of the same symptoms as you have while fasting. I ended my first fast at 7 days for these very reasons. I have since then successfully completed a 10, 14, and last of all an 18 day fast. Each time I had more strength and was not nearly as weak or tired. I think with each fast the detox was not as intense. I don't know if this info will be of any help to you but I have learned a lot by reading this forum and I am very thankful for all the people who post here (especially chrisb1 and fonty). layla
