I've just been told I have and candida and am using jarro a probiotic and liquid par d' arco. Can anyone tell me if this is the right way to go. I've also changed my diet so far. It's only been a day. I'm kinda scared of the horror stories I've read about die off. I just want to get better. I've been battling Depression and my main thing anxiety for over 2 years now. I've been to numerous doctors and none of them can help me and my psyciatrist is giving up on me too. I have side effects on almost every anti depressant he tries me on. I just want my life back. I'm also afraid of dying. Can you die from this or the die off? Please help.
