Question about killing off good bacteria? by endlessfog ..... Candida & Dysbiosis Forum

I didn't know whether or not to ask this here or in the probiotics forum. What I was wondering is I'm going to be taking a liquid oxygen supplement to hopefully beat back the candida, and I was wondering about the types of bacteria in the gut and oxygen's role.

I know that candida thrives in an anaerobic environment, so the oxygen is needed to kill it. However, do the good strands of bacteria in your gut also get killed by oxygen, and they too thrive in an anaerobic environment?

Is it wise to use the liquid oxygen for a short time, then supplement with probiotics afterward? Or do I risk wasting my money taking probiotics during the same time as the liquid o2?
