errr my plan wasnt mix matched and weight loss isnt what I was after - already said what I was after.

and when I was changing my plan - maybe you missed the parts where I spelled out where I could hardly function and then I went into diabetic ketoactidosis?

oh and if my plan seems hodge podge it's because I have done tons 10's of diets (diet meaning change in eating habits) over the years and none have given me relief on the above symptoms. So ya I was being creative
