It is in my opinion the best forum by far about the Budwig protocol. All what you need to know is there. Of course you will need to join the group to be able to ask questions. Every two weeks they post systematically the entire protocol again. Flaxoil and cottage cheese is the foundation of the Budwig protocol but you will soon realize (if you don't already know) that you need to completely change your diet while on it.
