Hello Alive,

I think that alternating days between anti oxidants and Miracle-Mineral-Supplement is a very good way to go.

Also, keep in mind that after an extended period of illness, it may take a little extra time to heal. Take it easy and don't get into a rush. You should still see incremental improvements.
