while your loca-vore mentality is commendable, i would not recommending replacing or substituting any ingredients in the Master Cleanse, unless Stanley Burroughs mentions it in his book, i.e.., black strap molasses.

the Master-Cleanse is a proven plan. anything else is experimentation.
